1 Arbitration

I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and I am a member of the Arbitration Panels of both the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

I offer Arbitration Services in all Construction-based disputes, especially those involving Process, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

2 Adjudication

I am a member of the Adjudication Panels of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Academy of Construction Adjudicators, and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.

3 International Disputes

Because of my experience in international contracting, I am well placed to act as a member of Disputes Resolution Panels, as usually called for in, for example, World Bank sponsored contracts.
