I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and I am a member
of the Arbitration Panels of both the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and
the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
I offer Arbitration Services in all Construction-based disputes, especially
those involving Process, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
I am a member of the Adjudication Panels of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
Because of my experience in international contracting, I am well placed to act as a member of Disputes Resolution Panels, as usually called for in, for example, World Bank sponsored contracts.

Consultation and Representation
Many parties involved in disputes need technical advice and input into their Statements of Case and other submissions, and indeed representation at the Hearing. Where this is appropriate, I am happy to assist.
